Information regarding Personal Data Processing: purpose and principles

Latour Industries has appointed a Data Protection Manager for GDPR and each Reac company has a local Data Protection Contact. The aim is to co-operate within the Latour Industries Group to standardise and optimize the GDPR procedures for the Group.

Reac management recognise the importance of and the need for Personal Data protection, and encourages the constant improvement of the system designed to protect Personal Data in the course of its main line of business.

Personal Data Processing

Reac (administrator) shall process Personal Data fairly and lawfully and only to the extent necessary to fulfil the obligations between you and us or due to local legal obligations such as obligations in relation to the Polish and Swedish Accounting Act depending which legal unit within Reac you are doing business with (Sweden or Poland)

Reac shall store Personal Data in such a form as to allow the identification of the subject of the Personal Data.

In accordance with the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016. on the protection of individuals about the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46 / EC (hereinafter: the GDPR), Reac inform that:

Depending on your counterparty within Reac the administrator of your personal data is one or more of the below parties:

hereinafter referred to as the administrator.

Your personal data will be processed fairly and lawfully and only to the extent necessary to achieve certain legitimate purposes.

The personal data provided by you is necessary for the conclusion and performance of contracts between you and the administrator. The consequence of not providing personal data will be the inability to conclude and execute such contracts.

Your personal data will not be processed in an automated manner in the sense of the GDPR.

The transfering of Personal data

The recipient of your personal data will be: accountants, auditors, lawyers, couriers, Polish post, payment service providers, banks, persons and entities cooperating with the Service Provider, which are necessary for the performance of contracts between you and the administrator and for compliance with legal obligations imposed on the administrator.

Your personal data will not be transferred to third countries, i.e. outside the European Economic Area.

Timeperiod for treatment and storage

Your personal data will be processed for the period required for pursuing claims by the parties and for the period required by law, the Accounting Act. and if the processing of personal data is based on consent, they will be processed until it is withdrawn.

Your rights

You have the right to access your personal data and the right to rectify, delete, limit processing, the right to data transfer, the right to oppose, the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing (if processing takes place since consent), which was made on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.

You have the right to lodge a complaint to the company when you consider that the processing of personal data concerning you violates the provisions of the GDPR at info@reac.se

PRZETWARZANIE DANYCH OSOBOWYCH

REAC (Administrator) będzie przetwarzał dane osobowe w sposób uczciwy i zgodny z prawem oraz tylko
w zakresie niezbędnym do wypełnienia zobowiązań między Panią/Panem a REAC lub z powodu lokalnych zobowiązań prawnych, takich jak zobowiązania w związku z polską i szwedzką ustawą o rachunkowości, w zależności od tego, z którą jednostką prawną w REAC będzie Pani/Pan prowadził interesy (Szwecją lub Polską).

Reac będzie przechowywać Dane Osobowe w takiej formie, aby umożliwić identyfikację przedmiotu Danych Osobowych.

Zgodnie z Rozporządzeniem Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady (UE) 2016/679 z dnia 27 kwietnia 2016r. w sprawie ochrony osób fizycznych w związku z przetwarzaniem danych osobowych
i w sprawie swobodnego przepływu takich danych oraz uchylenia dyrektywy 95/46/WE (dalej zwanego RODO) informuję, iż:

W zależności od kontrahenta w REAC, administratorem Pani/Pana danych osobowych jest jedna lub więcej z poniższych stron:

• REAC Poland sp. z o.o. z siedzibą w Piotrkowie Trybunalskim (97-300), ul. Metalowców 10, zarejestrowaną w rejestrze pod numerem KRS 0000444016, NIP 7712877080, REGON 101517972,
• REAC Components sp. z o.o. z siedzibą w Zielonej Górze (66-002), ul. Nowy Kisielin – Innowacyjna 1, zarejestrowaną w rejestrze pod numerem KRS:0000551202, NIP 9282081562, REGON 361134689,

zwany dalej Administratorem.

Pani/Pana dane osobowe przetwarzane będą w celu realizacji umów zawartych pomiędzy Panem/Panią  a Administratorem. Realizacja umowy rozumiana jest także jako korzystanie przez każdą ze stron z roszczeń przysługujących jej w ramach tej umowy. Nadto, zgodnie z art. 6 ust. 1 pkt c) Pani/Pana dane osobowe będą przetwarzane w celu wypełnienia wszelkich obowiązków prawnych ciążących na Administratorze, w szczególności tych wynikających z art. 74 ustawy o rachunkowości (gdy Administratorem jest REAC z siedzibą w Polsce).

Podane przez Panią/Pana danych osobowych jest warunkiem zawarcia i wykonania umów zawartych pomiędzy Panią/Panem a Administratorem. Jest Pani/Pan zobowiązany do ich podania,
a konsekwencją niepodania danych osobowych będzie niemożność zawarcia i wykonania takich umów.

Pani/Pana dane osobowe nie będą przetwarzane w sposób zautomatyzowany w rozumieniu RODO.

PRZESYŁANIE DANYCH OSOBOWYCH

Odbiorcą Pani/Pana danych osobowych będą: księgowi, rewidenci, prawnicy, kurierzy, poczta polska, dostawcy usług płatniczych, banki, osoby i podmioty współpracujące z Usługodawcą, które są niezbędne dla wykonywania umów zawartych pomiędzy Panem/Panią a Administratorem oraz w celu wykonania obowiązków prawnych ciążących na Administratorze.

Pani/Pana dane osobowe nie będą przekazywane do państw trzecich tj. poza Europejskim Obszarem Gospodarczym.

CZAS PRZETWARZANIA I PRZEChOWYWANIA DANYCH OSOBOWYCH

Pani/Pana dane osobowe będą przetwarzane przez okres wymagany dla dochodzenia roszczeń przez strony, oraz przez okres wymagany przepisami prawa, w szczególności ustawy
o rachunkowości. A jeśli przetwarzanie danych osobowych odbywa się na podstawie zgody, będą one przetwarzane, aż do czasu jej cofnięcia.

TWOJE PRAWA

Posiada Pani/Pan prawo dostępu do treści swoich danych osobowych oraz prawo ich sprostowania, usunięcia, ograniczenia przetwarzania, prawo do przenoszenia danych, prawo wniesienia sprzeciwu, prawo do cofnięcia zgody w dowolnym momencie bez wpływu na zgodność
z prawem przetwarzania (jeżeli przetwarzanie odbywa się na podstawie zgody), którego dokonano na podstawie zgody przed jej cofnięciem.

Ma Pani/Pan prawo wniesienia skargi do organu nadzorczego (Generalnego Inspektora Ochrony Danych Osobowych lub Prezesa Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych), gdy uzna Pani/Pan, iż przetwarzanie danych osobowych Pani/Pana dotyczących, narusza przepisy RODO.
