When Dorota Kruz opens her REAC inbox, she is ready for anything from small talk to challenging customer needs. For her, challenges offer growth and motivation, not only at work. Ever since childhood, Dorota has been passionate about helping animals in need. ”My mom would pack me a sandwich for school every day, but I kept feeding it to stray dogs.”
Meet Piotr Kuta, tireless problem-solver and dedicated family man. As a key member of REAC’s R&D department, he approaches both people and technical challenges with a communicative and positive mindset. Piotr’s passion for engineering was born in his father’s auto repair shop, where he was especially fascinated by electric current . ”It was like magic!”
For Łukasz Kowalski, building things is not just a job. It’s his hobby. Wheelchair seating systems, garden furniture, or a car? He can do it all. At REAC, we’re happy to have both Łukasz and his dad as colleagues. Although his favorite place is the small village where he lives, he loves to travel and experience different cultures. ”I want to see the whole world!”
